I believe all the McDonoughs will be there (13). Two of the 4 McD families have made reservations at The Grandstay already.

 

•Andy and Lisa are working on tee shirts.
•Freddi suggested the Erickson pool for a splash party for the grand kids Friday night.
•Amy and Adam are working on boat trip for Saturday morning.
•Freddi was going to approach Vinni about the Friday night cousin's party.
•Sam Sr might be able to use the Aquinas bus to get family members around town for the big events.
•Sam Sr also has a photographer connection.

Corrections on my terminology for the hotel rooms. We have 25 one bedroom suites booked, 8 two bed suites (not two bedroom suites as stated in our letter) and one two bedroom suite. There are two handicap access rooms in our block of rooms.
Finally, there will be a very large group in town the weekend we are there so don't wait to long to book your room. It is very difficult to get rooms in LaCrosse in the summer.

So far we still need a volunteer to organize the golf outing and another to plan a little program for the main event. Maybe we should print a program listing everyone's name and spouses and children. Help will also be needed to look into a caterer and tent, table and chair rent etc.
That is all I know at this point. I'll be watching the blog for more info and input.
